About Me

Zi is a UX Researcher at AFI, a Fortune 500 fintech company in the U.S. She previously worked with CVS Health on the omnichannel experience for Minute Clinic, led product projects at several start-ups, and done program design at Special Olympics Minnesota. She was trained as an Epidemiologist. After working several years in the government, she transferred her skills to the field of product innovation.
